YoJo combines alignment-based yoga postures, meditation, and breathing exercises. This combination is blended to positively alter brain chemistry to increase physical health and mood as well as aligning the posture to release aches and pains. All classes are designed with the desk jockey in mind. Meditation themes are created to release work and life stress. Movement is designed to release stress we accumulate from sitting at a desk all day.
