I couldn’t believe the impact that only 1 session of YoJo’s 20’s Plenty could have on my day. I sat down at my desk immediately after doing a variety of standing stretches and I felt relaxed, alert, and destressed. It’s hard to believe what a focused 20 minutes can do for your entire day!
We love Yojo! Our company mostly consists of very tight, somewhat shy, non-yoga types. YoJo is an easy, convenient and effective way for people to get 20 to 60 minutes of relaxation and meditation that they would not otherwise receive. I highly recommend it!
