ABOUT MEDITATION

Meditating is hard, like really really hard. All day our senses are over stimulated and sitting still can feel nearly impossible. At the same time, meditation is something ANYONE can do if you ease your way into it.

There are 3-5 minutes meditations at the end of every yoga session. If you are looking to deepen your meditation practice, you can also check out the audio for guided meditations with music.

There are many forms of yoga available varying from practices that are very athletic to practices that are more relaxing and meditative. YoJo uses specific methods designed to align the physical body to keep you in prime shape for everything else you do. Whether you are just starting to introduce more physical activity or trying to find balance from more intense workouts or just seeking to unwind from sitting at a desk all day, these sessions will energize and rejuvenate you.
