Stretch at Your Desk 

This 20-minute class is designed to solve the pains of the desk jockey through stretching and breathwork you can do at your workstation. You'll leave feeling a little taller, a little calmer, and with greater mental clarity. Each month features a new sequence and theme to allow you to build your practice and have new topics to focus on.

No experience needed!

Yoga Flow Level 1 & Breathwork

Release your muscles, align your spine and get a little stronger. This class covers all the basics from standing to seated and reclined poses. It’s great for anyone starting out or anyone who wants to focus on the details of alignment and longer holds in the poses. 

You will be most comfortable on a yoga mat. Blocks and blankets encouraged but not needed!

Little experience needed!

Meditate with Music

Stretch, breathe and meditate right where you are. This unique class features live guitar and vocals that you can listen to or join in and sing to lower your cortisol/stress and deepen the meditative experience. (Each month features a song of the month so you have just enough time to get to know the lyrics before moving on to a new song!)

No experience needed!

Yogalates

This is a great class for desk jockeys looking to mitigate the common aches and pains that come with sitting at a desk all day. With a strong core and glutes, a little stretching and deep breathing, you will feel like you erased the stress from your workday!

50 minutes

Pilates & Meditation

This is an all-levels class for anyone looking to start their Pilates practice and unwind any stress from the day! These are full-body classes designed to increase strength and mobility and focus on targeting the whole body. The last 10 minutes of class is a relaxing guided meditation.

Class is practiced on a mat. No props needed.
