Stretch at Your Desk 

This 20-minute class is designed to solve the pains of the desk jockey through stretching and breathwork you can do at your workstation. You'll leave feeling a little taller, a little calmer, and with greater mental clarity.

No experience needed!

Yoga Flow Level 1

Release your muscles, align your spine and get a little stronger. This class covers all the basics from standing to seated and reclined poses. It’s great for anyone starting out or anyone who wants to focus on the details of alignment and longer holds in the poses. 

You will be most comfortable on a yoga mat. Blocks and blankets encouraged but not needed!

Yoga Flow Level 2

Break a sweat as you let go of your physical, mental and emotional stress. This class blends strength, flexibility and a little breathwork to help you release the day. Class is best for someone who is familiar with yoga movements and pose names.

Meditate with Music

Stretch, breathe and meditate right where you are. Class ends with a bit of live music to lower your cortisol and deepen the meditative experience.

Breathwork

Ready for some somatic healing? Breathwork helps us get out of our head and into our body and really excavates old stresses that we’ve been carrying. This is the perfect weekly detox for your mental and emotional health. And each class is sequenced to support the moment. We will open by talking about astrology. All breathwork practices come from Kundalini yoga.
